Why Attend

Managing for Results (based on Results Based Management or RBM) is a future-oriented process that emphasizes the deployment of resources to achieve meaningful results. It is a critical factor for the success of the organization. It ensures that all aspects of planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating a project or an initiative is done transparently and in a manner that ensures accountability.
