Why Attend

If you have been recently assigned responsibility for quality management, or if you are about to be assigned responsibility for quality management soon. This course is designed to provide you with the basic and necessary knowledge and skills you need to make you skilled and effective in your new job as a manager.

This course will help you carry out the basic responsibilities that will be entrusted to you and the main processes of managing the quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard, and will also provide you with how to deal and work with important stakeholders, including auditors who occupy positions in senior management.

  • Methodologies for the identification, creation, maintenance and retrieval of documented information required by the quality management system.
  • Establishing a customer focus system, and methodologies for monitoring customer satisfaction.
  • The role of senior management and how quality contributes to achieving the responsibilities and tasks of senior management.
  • Methodologies for effective interaction and communication with other departments of the organization regarding quality management.
  • Managing the internal audit process.
  • The importance of developing an effective risk-based audit program.
  • Methodologies for identifying and creating reports on non-conforming activities.
  • Effectiveness of the role of corrective actions in continuous improvement.
  • The need to collect performance data related to the effectiveness of the quality management system and the reasons for analyzing the data.
  • QMS management review requirements and input that can make that process effective.
  • The process of external evaluation of the quality management system.
  • The role of external auditors.
  • Effective communication and relationship with external auditors.
  • Methodologies and methods of improvement.
  • The challenges faced by those responsible for quality management and the proposed solutions to overcome those challenges.
